Banana Nut Smoothie

So Yummy!

1 Frozen banana
1 C Vanilla Yogurt
!/4 C chopped Walnuts
!/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Honey
1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Cut frozen Banana into 3-4 chunks. Place in Blender with yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon and honey. Blend on high 2min or till smooth. Pour into glasses and top with a dusting of nutmeg.

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were SO good!

1/2C butter or margarine
3/4C sugar
1/3C peanut Butter
1 egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1C milk Chocolate Chips
1C Peanut Butter Chips

Heat oven to 350
Beat butter, peanut butter in med bowl till creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, add to butter and margarine blending well. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Drop by round teaspoon fulls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12-14 min or till golden brown, cool 1 min on cookie sheet.

Easy Chicken Pot Pie

This was a yummy easy dinner!!

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C Milk
1 package 12oz mixed vegetables, approx 2 1/4C
1C cooked cubed chicken
1 egg
1C biscuit baking mix
-Heat oven to 400
-Stir soup, 1/2C milk, veggies and chicken in a 9" pie plate
- Stir the remaining milk, egg and baking mix in a small bowl, spread the batter over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 min or until topping is golden brown
